Cancellation policy
Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (MERKOL GmbH, Alexander-Meißner-Straße 1, 12526 Berlin, Germany, info@merkol.de, Telephone: +49 178 639 03 72) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

The right of withdrawal and return applies only to products that show no signs of use. Pulse generators and tachographs must not be installed or connected in the vehicle.
Returns – General packaging conditions
Returned goods should be sent back in their original packaging whenever possible, if this is part of the product. Please ensure that the goods are packed in such a way that neither the product nor the packaging is damaged during transport.
Please do not affix any adhesive strips, shipping labels, or stickers directly to the product's original packaging. To protect the original packaging, it should be placed inside an additional shipping box.
Example:
When returning shoes, please pack them in their original shoebox and do not attach any tape or shipping labels. Please place the shoebox inside an additional outer box.
Should the product be returned in damaged original packaging (e.g., by directly affixing tape or labels to the packaging), we reserve the right to claim reasonable compensation corresponding to the loss in value of the goods as a result of the damaged packaging.
Please ensure that all returns are well packaged to prevent damage during transport.
Consequences of the revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
Contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for which
Production involves an individual selection or determination by the consumer.
which is relevant or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
